HoN ~ Like a Whisper?

Like a whisper…
So every single pub (public) game I play someone always picks Scout. …and then everyone begins to boo and call out the noobness. 80% of the time the scout was on the other team and 99% of the time if the scout was on my team they sucked. They KSed (kill steal), they were always underleveled, they never placed eyes, they were never around, and if they were around they hung out all stealth like until I was dead and then finished off the hero.

Then I had one good Scout. Just one mind you. He had eyes in all the right spots. He stayed with the group and helped kill heroes. He was actually higher level than the rest of us. He also didn’t kill steal and if he did he apologized. He.. apologized. Ya you read that correctly. I loved this guy. I wanted to be like him.

You see, I mostly play disables. Succubus being my most played. I’ve never actually played an agi character, except Andro. Some days when I pick up HoN I just want to own face. So I decided Scout would be a nice transition. I would be able to stealth if I got into trouble. Oh, and I could hit things and they would feel it!

And… I suck. 80% of the time I suck. There are some matches that I never die or just have 1-2 deaths. Other games I have as many deaths as I have kills. I get a lot of deaths because I want to be part of the team! Scout is not a team hero though. Ya know what would be great.. finding a guide that’s been updated!!!! So I can’t even become better when I want to be.

I guess I just have to get better on my own and write me own guide. Any advice?
